Steinway Galleries Australia celebrated the 2024 Lunar New Year with vibrant celebrations at their Melbourne and Sydney galleries. The highlight of these events was the performances by talented pianists: Daniel Le and Xinyu Allie Wang in Melbourne, and Joshua Han in Sydney. The artists captivated attendees with popular Chinese compositions such as “Colourful Cloud Chasing the Moon” and “Liu Yang River”, in addition to delivering skillful performances of classic music pieces.
Mark O’Connor, CEO of Steinway Galleries Australia, was there to welcome the guests and partake in the celebrations at both locations. He expressed his appreciation for the attendees and the artists, whose performances elevated the significance of the celebrations. In his welcoming remarks, he also shared insights about Steinway & Sons, allowing guests to gain a deeper understanding of the craftsmanship that defines every Steinway resulting in a number of piano orders during both celebrations.
