This prestigious annual meeting brought together Steinway dealers from across the region to celebrate shared achievements and strengthen connections across the Steinway family.
The highlight of the event came when Steinway Galleries Australia was presented with the esteemed Steinway & Sons Best Overall Performance Award in the South East Asia Pacific region for 2024. In a market that has presented unique challenges, this recognition is a powerful testament to the dedication, resilience, and unwavering excellence of our team.
Further reinforcing our digital and sales leadership, we were also presented with the Best Internet Leads Sales Performance Award in the South East Asia Pacific region for 2024. This recognition reflects our continuous investment in enhancing the customer experience through AI-driven service, digital strategy, and targeted marketing.
Adding a special touch to the celebration, our CEO Mark O’Connor attended the meeting and was invited to perform live—both on piano and vocals—during the Dealer Meeting Gala Dinner, offering a memorable and heartfelt moment for all in attendance.
A standout moment of the conference was a Spiriocast performance from Steinway Gallery Sydney, streamed live as part of the Dealer Meeting experience. Steinway Young Artist Jack Cheng delivered a breathtaking performance from our Sydney gallery, which was broadcast in real time to showrooms across the region. Through Spirio | r technology, attendees experienced a perfectly synchronised visual and musical performance.
